Maintaining the
Monarq Advisors Website

Tips & Steps for Adding Pages

  • Add pages to the “Main Navigation” Section to allow your site visitors to view them directly from the Menu

  • If you don’t want the pages to be visible in the main menu, add them to the “Not Linked” section

  • make sure URL slugs are unique and super easy to write out

  • URLs, page titles & menu titles can be different - you can use this to your advantage for leveraging SEO, without cluttering your menu, or creating “hard to spell” URLs

About Monarq Advisors Footer Sections

The footers on Monarq’s site are not footers!

They are stand-alone sections. Meaning if you edit the footer on one page, it will not automatically update on the other pages. So any sitewide changes will need to be applied manually, 1 by 1 on each page.

We did this to allow for different headers and CTAs on each page.

In the future, if the footers need to be uniform sitewide, you can:

  • make updates to one of the ‘false footer’ sections

  • favorite it.

  • “add site footer” (see below)

  • apply the favorited template

  • and delete all the ‘false footer’ sections on the individual site pages
